Noel's diverse training background and life experience uniquely qualify him to act as coach, counsellor, therapist and trainer covering a broad range of issues.

After 22 years teaching in South Australian primary schools, Noel took time off to be 'Mr Mum' for the younger two of his four children. Noel then simultaneously worked in retail sales for the education market and entered the fitness industry as a health club owner which he continues to this day.

Noel played lacrosse for South Australia from 1968 to 1982 and represented Australia in the same sport in 1972,74 and 78. In lacrosse Noel has a unique undefeated record as a senior coach at national level. He took the senior men's state lacrosse team from 'wooden spooners' of 18 years to a hatrick of National Championships undefeated in 2001, 2002, 2003.

Since that time Noel has developed an interest and passion for coaching people through life challenges including weight loss, addictions, relationships and personal growth. Noel works in the corporate arena training communication and leadership where his strongest passion is assisting people at a personal level.
